An Outfit Post for 2014

I just came across some pictures taken in October/November 2013, and realized I hadn't posted them!  So here is an outfit post for you:

I love the spiderweb tights above, but they're not really tights so much as strings woven into a pattern, with nothing holding them together!  So I'm wearing a sheer pair of regular pantyhose under them to keep them "anchored" and prevent my toes from going right through them and rubbing to death on my shoes.  They look and feel much better this way.  (Shirt: Etsy; lace skirt: private LJ sale)

The black shredded pants have fishnet sewn behind the slits so it looks like I have tights on under them.  (Shirt: EcoThrift; Pants: Torrid; Studded belt: private LJ sale; Rose necklace: Etsy; Rosary necklace: Hot Topic)

Silly, I know, but it WAS October!!  (Shirt: K-Mart; Pants: Torrid; Skull socks: JoAnn Fabrics)

The last one is a closeup of the skull, so you can see that it's actually made of cats!!  And yes, it's navy not black.  (Shirt: Torrid; Pants: EcoThrift)

    1. Thank you! :-) I LOVE that choker, but I'll be danged if I can remember when/where I got it. It's got a woman and a grayhound-like dog on the pendant, not really a cameo but similar. And although it looks black in the pic, the ribbon is actually navy, so it matches the shirt perfectly.

  4. You look lovely, particularly love the shredded pants. And I have some similar spiderweb tights - yup, I wear sheers behind them to, to keep them controlled!

Y'know, I should post outfit posts to..!

  6. I have the same spiderweb tights! And I love that skull shirt with the cats! My boyfriend loves when I wear dresses with ripped stockings. I also love to wear his spiked collar. (He had it since high school when he wore black lipstick even though now he is more of a metal head.)

    1. Great minds think alike, we have good taste! :-) And it was funny, Martin found that shirt for me, and neither of us realized they were cats until I got a closer look at it.

It's weird how, with the right outfit, ripped or holey stockings can seem sexier than regular ones, isn't it? Go figure... But spiked collars are always cool! Martin has one as well, that comes with a leash... we got it at a Renn faire, and I led him around on it, hehehe! But it's too wide to fit me, so I've got one of my own.
